The cafe is open for the first 30 mins of the session to accept orders etc.
JJs sweet shop closes 5 minutes before the end of session, please purchase any sweeties before your session ends.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session time.
A buzzer will give a 5 minute warning towards the end of the session to allow children still in all play areas to remove costumes etc, and have a last play.
Session bookings are non refundable. However we can change the time/date of your booking if required. Thanks 🙂
